Passionate About Inspiring Others
Afriel was born from a deep passion and commitment of growing and nurturing bold and innovative young professionals. We have mentored and been mentored by many amazing professionals and are excited to include the youth in this Angel network.
We speak at and are actively engaged in the organisation of various events, conferences, panel discussions and youth activities that build on and or amplify platforms for strengthening society, entrepreneurs, female and youth development and empowerment.
We are passionate about transformation and the advancement of women in the sector , Charmaine is the recipient of a number of business awards in recognition of her vision, leadership and achievements in the ICT sector.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution presents an opportunity for the youth and women to form a critical part of the digital economy. Whilst technology is increasing at an exponential pace, research indicates that women are being left behind and are not benefiting from the many exciting opportunities that ICT will deliver. We will work with an ecosystem of stakeholders to address this gap and are passionate about collaborating with advocacy bodies and individuals, dedicating time to wellness retreats, coding camps, hackathons and development opportunities aimed at attracting youth and women to the sector.
